New Yorker Cover Project

I was tasked with creating an illustration of a historical figure or current figure who will likely be historically relevant for a New Yorker cover page. This illustration was created earlier in the Russia-Ukraine War, and it depicts Russian leader Vladimir Putin donning a rocket launcher and Stalin-esque costume to work as a political cartoon commenting on Putin's leadership.
